Nimbus Dogs – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Nimbus Dogs! Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before attending any of our classes, workshops, or 1:1 sessions. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Classes & Locations

  • All classes are run by Nimbus Dogs.

     

  • Classes are held at Gibraltar Recreation Ground, Ewell, Langley Vale Village Hall, and occasionally in real-world environments such as public parks, pubs, or pet shops.

     

  • Course length varies depending on the program: courses may run for 6 or 12 sessions, each lasting 1 hour.

     

  • We offer group classes and 1:1 sessions.

     

Adult Dog Classes

  • Before joining, all adult dog class participants must arrange a meet & greet with their dog. This allows us to assess your goals and suitability for the class.

     

2. Booking & Payment

  • Puppy classes and workshops can be booked and paid via our website.

     

  • Adult classes are booked via an invoice link sent by email. Payment is required before attending the class.

     

  • Missed Classes: No refunds or transfers are available. However, clients will receive class recaps and notes and can ask questions about anything they’ve missed.

     

  • Class Cancellation by Nimbus Dogs: If we need to cancel a class, it will be rescheduled where possible. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund will be issued.

     

3. Health & Safety

  • Dogs must be kept on lead or long lines unless instructed otherwise.

     

  • Owners are responsible for bringing:
    • Settle mats

       

    • Water

       

    • Treats and toys (as instructed)

       

     

  • Family members are welcome to attend, but must be mindful of other dogs and participants.

     

  • Please refrain from interacting with other dogs during class and avoid disruptive behaviour.

     

  • Bitches in season may attend, but please inform us in advance so we can make necessary adjustments.

     

4. Owner Responsibilities

  • Owners are expected to supervise their dogs at all times.

     

  • Owners are responsible for any equipment, treats, or toys their dog requires.

     

  • Success in training depends on consistent practice outside of class. We provide guidance, but results rely on your ongoing effort at home.

     

5. Liability & Insurance

  • Nimbus Dogs is not liable for injury, damage, or loss caused by any dog attending classes.

     

  • Owners are responsible for the actions of their dog(s) at all times.

     

  • Participation is at the owner’s own risk.

     

  • All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure a safe environment, but accidents can happen.

     

6. Media & Privacy

  • We may take photos and videos of classes for marketing purposes.

     

  • If you do not consent to your dog being photographed or filmed, please inform us before attending.

     

  • Client information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

     

7. Class Size & Behaviour

  • Maximum of 6 dogs per class.

     

  • Please respect other participants and avoid disruptive behaviour.
